We're located just off the major M62 and M18 motorways on the A1041 between Goole, Selby, Snaith and Thorne. The village of Snaith just 1.2 miles down the road hosts 5 pubs, a sports/leisure centre, sandwich shops, fine quality delicatessens a range of historic buildings and even 2 fishing ponds. Within another mile there is also a sailing club which welcomes wind-surfers, small boats, kayaks and another fishing area and the famous Carlton Towers. Our facilities are popular with families, the weary business traveller and those who fancy a well deserved break. The restaurant is now fully refurbished and is host to the very exciting chain of Shapla Indian Restaurants and is open every evening, offering mouth watering Indian cuisine, an extensive menu of both English and Indian dishes and a warm friendly service with excellent reviews. There is also a very warm atmosphere for those who just want to wind down and enjoy a great atmosphere in the bar area. The pub boasts a very large car park with an enclosed childrens play area.
